What I do

I'm a neurodivergent strategist.

I work with people who are newly diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just completely overwhelmed.

I help you:

A short list of what we can start to unpack, unravel, re-sort, re-stack, file away……

  • Start ADHD meds with support and a real plan

  • Find a psychiatrist/therapist who takes your insurance

  • Strategies for money and savings for you and your kids/partner/parent

  • We can look at removing mortgage escrow and fight billing errors

  • Appealing property taxes and all the paperwork that goes with it

  • File for student loan discharge through bankruptcy or the Dept of Ed

  • Write FOIA requests and legal complaints

  • Dispute debt collections and challenge credit reports

  • Deal with life admin that's stacked up for years

What Else We Do: We don’t just tackle tasks, we look at your entire life and how it functions (or doesn’t) for your brain. We talk about:

  • Accommodations (at work, school, or home)

  • Accessibility (in how you live, think, and move through the world)

  • Redesigning your space or home layout to work for your actual needs

  • Finding schools or college paths that fit your kids

  • Systems that work with, not against, how your brain operates

I can also help with preparation for major life transitions, including:

  • Bankruptcy prep — understanding what documents you need, organizing financial records, and making the process less overwhelming

  • Divorce prep — getting your paperwork in order, knowing what to expect, and building a safety/exit plan

  • Homeownership prep — organizing documents, understanding escrow, preparing for lending conversations, and setting up systems to support maintenance and financial responsibility

I also offer consulting, training, and support for:

  • Schools – helping educators and administrators create accessible systems for neurodivergent students and families

  • Businesses & Corporations – supporting HR teams and managers to build better accommodations, onboarding processes, and communication tools for neurodivergent employees

  • Government Agencies – advising on accessibility audits, communication frameworks, and community-centered support systems for public services

Whether you need a one-time session, a workshop, or a custom accessibility strategy, I am available for organizational consulting.

I’ll give you a thoughtful checklist of life stuff, and you’ll pick what matters most. From there, we make a strategy and move through it together.

Important Note: I am not an attorney or an accountant. I do not offer legal or tax advice. I help you understand your options, organize your documentation, and navigate complex systems so you can take informed action, often with professional guidance when needed.
