Q: Is this therapy?
A: Nope. I'm not a licensed therapist. I'm a strategist, I help you take action on the hard stuff.
Q: Is this just for people with a diagnosis?
A: Not at all. If you're neurodivergent, or suspect you are, or just overwhelmed by life admin, this is for you.
Q: Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale options?
A: Yes. Reach out and let me know what’s possible for you.
Q: What if I don't know where to start?
A: That’s exactly what the first session is for. I’ll help you figure it out.
Q: Can I book this for my kid, teen, or partner?
A: Yes for the teen, especially if they’re transitioning into adulthood, overwhelmed by tasks, or need someone outside the family to help them get started. No for the partner or child, I can help with resources for the child and your partner can book the time with me…maybe you are there to help them book.
Q: Will you help me organize my calendar or make a vision board?
A: No. There are plenty of coaches for that. I help you do the real-life stuff like filing complaints, opening investment accounts, applying for accommodations, and making calls you've been avoiding.
Q: Do you help people outside the U.S.?
A: Some of what I do is U.S.-based (SSA, IRS, student loans), but reach out. We might still be a fit.
Q: Are you a lawyer or financial advisor?
A: No. I am not an attorney or an accountant. I do not give legal or tax advice, I help you prepare, organize, and advocate for yourself alongside professionals if needed.
