a thing i want, but wouldn't buy

I hear tell it's full of bugs and glitches - but I love the looks of the new Micro Four Thirds digital camera outfit from Olympus. Dubbed the E-P1, it's a point-and-shoot size digital camera, with a single lens reflex AND - best of all - interchangeable lenses.

The thang I love most about this little firecracker, is how vintage it looks. Reminds me of the rangefinders of old - the Leica M8 and those old Voigtlanders.

The camera's clean lines are classic - makes for the perfect, functional little nerd-ccessory. The new technology sounds super - but if I spend the money, I'd probably wait for the second or third generation.
